Norwegian Cruise Line has announced that the American Diner restaurant on six ships in the fleet will be changing to a complimentary venue. This will mean that guests can enjoy the American Diner menu without paying an additional fee, or using a speciality dining package credit.

The changes will be rolled out across these ships beginning in early January:

  • Norwegian Getaway

  • Norwegian Escape

  • Norwegian Encore

  • Norwegian Breakaway

  • Norwegian Bliss

  • Norwegian Joy

The American Diner is only available on the Breakaway and Breakaway-Plus class cruise ships, not on the new Prima-class cruise ships Norwegian Prima and Norwegian Viva, Norwegian Epic, or any other cruise ships in the fleet.
